The Details The Cerro San Luis Micromill is a family business, run by 2 siblings, Alexander & Magali & their spouses. Growing between 3900-6900 ft, coffees are processed using their own special white honey method where cherries are depulped, then dried first on raised beds, followed by regular "turns" on covered patios until complete.
