About this Coffee: Maximino and Marlene pour their hearts into their farm, Santa Adela, in the lush mountains of Jinotega. Their careful eye for only the ripest cherries ensures an exceptional start to every lot they produce. After harvest, these cherries make a scenic journey through the mountains to Finca Idealista, where they undergo a double fermentation process in an oxygen-free environment. Each step is carefully monitored for ideal pH and fermentation levels, ensuring the vibrant fruit notes shine through. The result? A coffee that's as clean and bright as it is flavorful! A true showcase of skill, precision, and love for the craft.

How to Order:  Gem Edition Coffees are extremely rare coffees, purchased in very small lots. We offer very limited weekly roast dates for each release. Once ordering is open, place your order for your desired roast date quickly before supplies run out. Once you've ordered, you're in!
