Italian small batch stovetop espresso. Enjoy a rich coffee with the original Bialetti, first introduced in Italy in 1933.

Bialetti Brewer
Scale or Scoop
Grinder
Prepare
Unscrew top of Bialetti
Fill cold water to fill line in bottom chamber
Grind
Grind coffee to a fine grind (#1 at Lizzy's)
Grind enough to fill your brew basket to top loosely
Place coffee filled basket into bottom of Bialetti
Screw on top tightly
Brew
Place on small flame on high heat
Coffee will begin to percolate through after a few minutes
When complete, remove and pour to serve
