Coffee Bar & Roasterie Specialist (~32 hours/week) Starting March

Lizzy’s Fresh Coffee is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our crew as a Coffee Bar & Roasterie Specialist.

As a key member of our small but mighty team, you’ll gain experience in every aspect of our operations, from packaging freshly roasted coffee to mastering the coffee bar and delivering top-notch customer service. You’ll also take on administrative tasks, support nationwide wholesale and retail operations, and become a master of all things coffee.

Lizzy's is an award-winning coffee roasterie, located in Ketchum, Idaho. We roast to order from world's best coffees and ship nationwide to retail and wholesale customers. Our roasterie production operation boasts a morning coffee bar as well as retail store. Our team is small, nimble and focused on producing the best quality products with customer service to match. Job Details
Schedule: Hourly 5 days per week, Monday-Friday, ~32 hours
Hours: 7:00am – 1/2:00pm (when the work is done)
Location: Ketchum, Idaho
Starting Salary: $26/hr plus tips
Start Date: Right Away
Personal Time Off: 40 hours individual (accrued) and 6 annual paid company holidays

Core tasks:
Morning coffee bar & retail customer service. Customer kindness, order taking, roasted coffee & equipment sales, & drink preparation. Will be trained on current best practices in coffee preparation to become a top-level barista and all-things-Lizzy's expert. Bar hours 8-11am.
Daily coffee production & packaging including labeling & packaging daily coffee roasts, preparing outbound orders for shipment or pick up, daily roasterie & office clean up, and wholesale order delivery.
Minor tasks:
Simple computer assignments, materials procurement, quality procedures, office organization, roaster cleaning, customer assistance, inbound delivery receiving, and other tasks as assigned.
