Golden Bean the Americas 2024 Silver Medal Coffee! One final limited roast for Tuesday 10/8
This coffee is complete sunshine and summer in a cup. Utilizing an experimental process, the grower, Jairo Arcila, exposed the freshly picked coffee to a dry anaerobic fermentation period of 72 hours with the pulp on.
During this fermentation stage, passion fruit pulp and wine yeast were added. The coffee cherries were then pulped and placed to dry on raised beds until the ideal moisture content was achieved.
