Grown with meticulous care by Luis Anibal Calderon at Villa Betulia, this 100% Gesha microlot showcases the unique characteristics of this prized variety that was first discovered in Ethiopia in 1931. Hand-picked at peak ripeness, the cherries undergo 30 hours of underwater fermentation before being pulped, gently washed, and dried under precise conditions.
