The Details This exceptional coffee is grown at Finca Idealista in Nicaragua’s lush Jinotega and Matagalpa regions, renowned for their high altitudes and ideal growing conditions. After careful hand-picking and sorting to select only perfectly ripe cherries, the coffee undergoes a unique carbonic maceration natural process. This involves fermenting the cherries in an oxygen-free environment before adding water and drying them slowly on raised beds for 272 hours. The result is a vibrant, juicy cup with remarkable complexity and depth, showcasing the artistry behind its meticulous production.
