Lizzy’s Fresh Coffee was founded in 2008 to bring coffee lovers everywhere a delicious, cheerful coffee experience.

 

Lizzy's thoughtfully sources only top-quality Specialty Grade Arabica coffees from around the globe, including Certified Organic and Fair Trade coffees. Lizzy’s is your go-to for everything coffee, with a range of coffee brewing equipment and practical coffee tips to make home brewing a success!

About Us

Established in 2008 by owner & roaster Liz Roquet in her home town of Ketchum, Idaho, Lizzy's Fresh Coffee is a family owned roasterie focused on delivering the best quality coffees and exceptional personal service.  

 

"Growing up as the daughter of an Austrian pastry chef, I had a love of coffee from as far back as I can remember. When the opportunity to start my own business came about, I knew exactly what that would be. Coffee. Not just any coffee, but amazing coffee. At Lizzy's, we roast to exceed your expectations for fantastic coffee, but we never want anyone to feel intimidated to shop with us! Because of that, and because making great coffee is a team sport that includes the farm, the roasterie, and our customers brewing at home, we make it our mission to share coffee knowledge in a fun, practical way to help you brew like a pro at home. Golden Bean North America Lizzy's is proud to gain recognition for our coffees at the world's largest roasting competition. 2016 Bronze Medal Winner, 2017 & 2018 Silver and Bronze Medal Winner, 2019 & 2022 Bronze Medal Winner (after 2 year pandemic pause on competition). Current winning roasts include Sunriser, Honduras El Caimán, and Ethiopia Arsosala.

Our Commitment to the Environment and the People Living in It

Lizzy's Fresh Coffee operates on a 4 day per week production schedule in order to reduce energy consumed operating the roasting equipment by maximizing the roast batch sizes, and to reduce overall office energy consumption. Our roaster uses a catalytic oxidizer in order to eliminate 100% of smoke and odor and 95% of the VOCs created during the roasting process.

 

We strive to minimize packaging required to ship your order, and utilize eco-intelligent design by eliminating the concept of waste through material content, packaging size, recyclability, and manufacturing characteristics.
