The Toddy Cold Brew System home model is a non-electrical coffee maker that produces a smooth, rich, delicious coffee concentrate that can be used for hot or ice cold coffee drinks one cup at a time, and at your preferred strength.
By allowing time to replace heat, the brew method uses cold water filtration process to extract the coffee's core flavor. The extraction contains about 50-67% lower levels of the coffees natural acids than coffee concentrates brewed by conventional hot-brewed extraction methods.
Lizzy's Tip: Brew up a batch and keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Any time you're in the mood for a delicious ice cold latte, pull out a glass, some ice, a couple shots of your cold brew coffee, and top with cold milk. Yes please!
